Our clients’ needs become our goals. When our team of instructional designers, animators and graphic developers design and develop curriculums, they first focus on the macro objectives set by the client. Now a “client” can either be a corporate enterprise waiting to get its employees acquainted with the company’s Code of Conduct OR an educational outfit which wants to teach its tots their 123s. Whatever the pedagogical goals, C2 customizes the learning module by first studying the objectives and profiles of the learners. This closes the gap that exists between the two, and helps define why the module is necessary and what should be its learning outcome. Once that is done, we flesh out the curriculum by applying varied learning approaches that ensures the learning goals are met. At the end of the day, clients have a value-added curriculum that empowers the learner to relate to real-life learning situations and meet learning goals. |
